Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end fit and quality development for footwear, collaborating with a designer based in Los Angeles.
- Leverage your expertise in global sizing standards, footwear anatomy, materials, construction, 3D scanning, and prototyping—including wide fit/wide calf.
- Launch a new internal fitting process for non-apparel products.
- Provide consultancy for non-apparel fit inputs into PLM onboarding.
- Develop fit for new products against the selection backlog.
- Conduct deep dives on products with fit or quality issues to drive continuous improvement.
- Source London-based footwear fit models for testing and prototyping.
- Build internal technical literature for non-apparel products, including construction standards and measurement guides.
- Support non-apparel fit customer experience opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
- Advanced knowledge of global sizing standards, footwear anatomy, fit testing, and technical processes.
- Hands-on experience with 3D scanning and prototyping tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve fit and quality issues with precision.
- Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams and designers in global locations.
