The Marketing and Communications Program Manager will develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for the client, driving new product feature launches, delivery partner experience enhancements, and partnerships with external partners.
- As a marketing and communications program manager, you will be responsible for owning development of end to end go-to-market strategies to deliver new product features and delivery partner experience enhancements, working with stakeholders across operations, product tech teams, and key business stakeholders.
- This includes but not limited to enhancements to the delivery process, new product feature launches for the onboarding process, partnerships with external partners to integrate and improve the product.
- As part of this team you will also own the lifecycle experience for onboarding up to delivery of the first block, as well as own the content deployment and performance metrics for one key communications channel.
Required Skills:
- Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience working with external partners
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (look-ups, pivot tables)
- Cross-functional marketing and communications team experience
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
- Strategic marketing planning and tactical execution experience
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in the marketing and communications field, with a focus on product launches, partnerships, and stakeholder management.
- A Degree in marketing or communications is a plus.
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience working with external partners.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred, including use of look-ups and pivot tables
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and communications teams
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
