Reporting to the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition, and part of the EMEA TA leadership team, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help tell the company’s story and drive our talent strategy for the Western region (France, Italy, Spain, Nordics +) on an interim basis.
As a player/manager role this position will primarily drive hiring strategy and operational delivery efforts for the business units in our Western region.
What you’ll do:
As a trusted advisor, drive strong relationships with the regional business leaders to anticipate demand, build hiring strategies and manage successful operational delivery for the organization
Lead a small team of experienced talent acquisition partners (3), focusing on their development, wellness and exceptional delivery standards
Being an advocate for inclusion is second nature to you and you will bring with you some phenomenal experience in working to build an inclusive culture enabled by hiring
Own and drive senior requisitions at various phases of the hiring cycle at any given time
Influence & guide our leaders, hiring manager and interviewers to use best practices in hiring
Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs
Provide fit for purpose, insightful data and reporting to leaders and partners as needed
Position the company as an employer of choice internally & externally
Be an advocate for the #oneteam philosophy that is embedded across our global talent team
Champion the company’s first mentality, looking at our internal talent pools with as much time and care as the external market
Role model company’s values and culture to both prospects and employees
Partner closely with allied HRBPs, Compensation and Finance team members to provide a holistic ecosystem of client support
Advise with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to client needs

Skills: What you’ll need to succeed:
A Talent Acquisition with experience of operating within a global matrix environment and ideally in a tech organisation
Solid experience of working on commercial hiring such as sales, consulting, marketing and customer success
Ability to consistently achieve results and delivers, even under pressurised circumstances
Proven leadership capability able to motivate and engage a small team and collaborate successfully across an organisation
Effective stakeholder management skills – strong evidence of partnering with senior business leaders and the HR community to guide and challenge as needed
A people centred who brings a Talent Acquisition lens and a holistic talent view, understanding the business impact it can deliver
Always driven by the need to raise the bar, drive innovation and not stand still. Copes well with change and ambiguity
A strong networker and collaborator who can engage internally and externally in the market
A data driven approach to help demonstrate the value TA adds to the organisation
A knowledge of the Workday ATS.
