Retail Marketing Professional – Western Europe (Maternity Cover)
This role is focused on executing integrated marketing campaigns across key wholesale accounts in the German market. Working within a regional marketing team, this position supports account-specific campaign rollouts, ensuring consistent and high-quality implementation across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of marketing plans for key wholesale partners in Germany, specifically within the ecommerce and marketplace space.
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels, aligned with existing strategic frameworks.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and external retail partners, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and strong collaboration.
- Manage and track budgets related to campaign execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, digital, creative, influencer, and communications to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Build strong working relationships with external agencies and vendors to support campaign delivery.
- Maintain oversight of campaign performance KPIs and ensure appropriate tracking mechanisms are in place.
- Support seasonal and product-focused storytelling across wholesale channels, delivering impactful and brand-aligned consumer experiences.
Qualifications
- Min. 4 years of experience in a marketing, ecommerce, or digital retail role – either in-house or at an agency – within sports or lifestyle.
- Strong background in executing marketing campaigns within ecommerce or online marketplace environments.
- Experience managing wholesale accounts and executing integrated retail campaigns.
- Proficient in Keynote and/or PowerPoint for developing impactful presentations and campaign documentation.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and navigating cross-functional teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing timelines and budgets effectively.
- Experience working with or alongside major retail platforms
Additional Information
- The role is within an international marketing team and may require occasional travel.
- You’ll be working in a hybrid team structure with collaboration across countries and departments.
- This is a fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party.
