We’re looking for a highly organized and adaptable Creative Operations Manager to support a fast-paced, international brand marketing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring marketing content and campaigns are efficiently planned, produced, deployed, and tracked across various channels and regions. Creative Operations is the engine behind seamless delivery, helping cross-functional teams work smarter and faster. This position is an opportunity to contribute to shaping a growing function, build scalable creative workflows, and strengthen collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a blend of production expertise, workflow management, and a passion for operational excellence. You are proactive, dependable, and thrive in environments that balance structure with creativity.

This is a 4 day /working week engagement with the expectation to be onsite in our client’s modern office in Amsterdam. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, delivery, and measurement of marketing content and creative assets.
  • Lead the asset delivery and trafficking process across internal teams and external partners.
  • Create and manage clear, effective workflows that support campaign goals and maximize production efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with creative and media agencies, platforms, and media owners.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for a broad range of work (e.g paid social ads, paid display banners, white papers, video content).
  • Work closely with the Country Marketing Leads to define a pipeline of work and prioritise briefs accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Min. 7 years of experience in creative production, operations, or trafficking within an agency or in-house brand team.
  • Expert knowledge of required formats, processes and required job functions for asset delivery across all major media channels and touch points with a focus on broadcast and digital media.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms).
  • Experience in using performance metrics to guide and improve creative production and delivery.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional language skills (especially Italian, German, or French).
  • Interest in the creative development process and ability to navigate between creative and operational priorities.
