A leading SaaS company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee marketing execution, manage budgets, optimise processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

This is a 12 months contract, offering up to £65,000per annum, pro rata (PAYE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Track marketing campaign execution, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Develop and oversee marketing policies and procedures.
  • Optimise lead flow processes, integrating marketing and sales efforts.
  • Manage the UK marketing budget and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee back-end operations of marketing campaigns, from tracking to execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on planning, content coordination, progress tracking, and approvals.
  • Onboard and manage team members and agency partnerships.
  • Facilitate collaboration between marketing, brand, design, and technical teams.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and report to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure global consistency and share best practices internationally.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing project or operations management, ideally from a tech company. 
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business productivity software.
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
