Aquent is helping our client recruit a Studio Manager to join their team. The Senior Studio Manager contributes to the creative production process, including project strategy consulting, driving work forward, and coordinating timelines. Studio Managers connect Marketing collaborators with creative pros in the In-house Studio to maintain brand consistency. Collaborating with the Studio creative team and agency partners, Studio Managers play a crucial role in producing outstanding, award-winning work. They prioritise customer insights, align with business objectives, and ensure successful project delivery.

This is a 12-month contract aimed to start in February/March 2025. Our client works on a hybrid model where you will be required to work onsite in their London, Shoreditch, office 2-3 days per week. The role comes with a gross PAYE rate of up to £33.30 per hour, equivalent to £60,606 per annum, pro-rata. This includes up to 33 days of holiday per annum, pro rata, inclusive of bank holidays.

What you’ll do:

Coordinate the production of remarkable creative work:

  • Work with a team of marketeers and creative professionals to deliver work that expands the company’s reach in the EMEA region
  • Keep an overview of all running projects and work with the Studio and agency partners to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and across all relevant channels
  • Liaise with Brand Operations and Agency managers to build the creative project pipeline every quarter
  • Seek to improve processes, be the force behind the project management tool and generate insightful reportings
  • Own agency relationships for the Studio orchestrating briefings, creative reviews and project retrospectives

Building business relationships to champion marketing efficacy:

  • Build influential and collaborative relationships between the Studio and centres of excellence within the cross-disciplinary marketing team
  • Partner with, guide, and support creative teams to develop customer-centric creative solutions that meet business objectives
  • Champion a collaborative team environment and set the tone for delivering excellence to partners across the organisation
  • Influence marketing strategies and collaborate in brief development for clarity of business objectives and meaningful content

Foster a culture of creative excellence:

  • Support the Studio by communicating key project information and partner objectives, ensuring effective creative solutions
  • Distill direction and simplify complexity for creative partners
  • Orchestrate weekly Studio meetings and creative reviews

What you need to succeed:

  • A passion for marketing and creative product
  • Experience collaborating with different marketing contacts, such as peers, partners, strategists, and creatives, to ensure high-quality work that meets the company’s standards
  • Outstanding project management, as well as communications skills both verbal and written
  • Experience working in hybrid teams (internal and agency) and across several regions and timezones
  • Ability to balance and manage multiple projects, remain open and flexible, collaborate and negotiate for success
  • A solution-seeking mentality and the appetite to learn new things
  • Outstanding attention to detail

Good to have experience:

  • English speaker (first language or proficient). German or French is a plus
  • Experience working within Adobe Workfront is a plus
  • Experience integrating new technology and AI within processes is a plus
