We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our tech client’s Legal Care Team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of projects such as unifying risk management tools and optimizing 1P tool functionality. Our ultimate aim is to enhance the end-user experience and reduce costs.

This is a 4/5 months contract, offering £95,992 – £106,995 per annum, pro rata (PAYE). This role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the identification of significant opportunities and shape product vision, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leverage data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for web-based products and platforms.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate resources, and guide projects through critical milestones.
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements, enhancing productivity and user satisfaction.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to ensure product success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management for high-growth technology products.
  • Experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and execution.
  • Strong skills in delivering technical presentations and analyzing large, complex data sets.
  • Expertise in gathering diverse requirements and developing them into effective product solutions.
  • Technical proficiency with analytical tools, methodologies, and design.
  • Demonstrable leadership, organizational, and execution skills, with excellent communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience defining product vision and strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles, from customer feedback integration to post-launch execution.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable in dynamic environments, adept at developing creative solutions.
