Are you a paid media expert with a passion for digital marketing? We’re looking for an experienced Media Planning Manager to join our client’s in-house team and lead innovative campaigns across a wide range of global platforms, primarily focused on Paid Social. As part of the global media team, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising media strategies that drive impactful results for consumer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead media strategy and execution for campaigns on social media platforms
  • Optimise campaigns, manage budgets (£1M+), and track performance to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, and Insights teams.
  • Partner with the media agency to ensure successful campaign management.
  • Shape learning agendas and leverage data insights to inform strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in digital media, with experience in paid social.
  • Strong experience with digital platforms.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale campaigns and optimising for performance.
  • Solid analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and campaign measurement.
  • Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas) and basic SQL skills are a plus.
