Aquent is partnering with a rapidly growing, remote-first e-commerce group, powered by a global team of over 120 specialists. This innovative organization operates numerous direct-to-consumer (D2C) online shops, all backed by an ultra-efficient global logistics network. They are dedicated to continuous optimization and driving significant revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

Are you a high-energy, ambitious E-Commerce Online Marketer ready to make a tangible impact? In this exciting role, you will take ownership of marketing operations for assigned e-commerce platforms, directly influencing revenue growth and customer engagement. Working alongside experienced marketing leads, you will drive continuous optimization, leverage data analysis, manage paid traffic, and orchestrate automated email campaigns that resonate with customers and deliver measurable results. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the online presence and commercial success of these dynamic brands.

What You Will Do

• Execute A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across various webshops to enhance user experience and performance.
• Manage targeting, reporting, and performance optimization for paid advertisement channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Oversee lifecycle email marketing, including customer segmentation and the creation of compelling campaign content.
• Conduct funnel performance analysis, diagnose store data, and lead creative testing to refine marketing strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent in Dutch (Mandatory) and English.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in online e-commerce marketing.
• Tools: Practical, hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Education: University / Bachelor’s Graduate.

Compensation

The target hiring compensation range for this role is €40,000 – €55,000 per annum, pro rata.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
