About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and passionate eCommerce Operations Specialist to drive the end-to-end readiness and activation of digital product launches and seasonal assortments. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of bringing innovative digital experiences to consumers, ensuring flawless execution and contributing significantly to the digital business’s growth. This is a 6-months fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party. There is the possibility for extension until EOY. The role offers c. €44K per annum (pro rata) – 40 hrs/week.
Due to the contracting nature of this role, only candidates with unrestricted rights to work in The Netherlands will be considered.
What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end operational execution of product launches for your assigned category across all regions.
- Drive assortment readiness by leveraging business and operational insights, including external partner products.
- Ensure accurate product activation, deactivation, grouping, and attribution for the digital assortment.
- Oversee timely delivery of digital assets and inventory, partnering with cross-functional teams (Planning, Merchandising, Brand, etc.) to align on assortment planning and key initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks by coordinating with regional and global stakeholders to maintain operational excellence.
- Own and execute exclusive launch experiences to deepen consumer engagement and maximize demand.
- Participate in key trade meetings and seasonal planning gates as the primary operations point of contact, providing operational insights and ensuring delivery for strategic priorities.
- Continuously refine workflows and processes to drive efficiency and accountability.
- Leverage data and digital tools to inform decision-making and process improvements.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of directly relevant work experience, within a commercial retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality work on time while balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer retail digital commerce, with a focus on operational process improvement.
- Experience with internal tools and project management platforms.
