As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in bringing this vision to life. You will collaborate closely with various teams, leveraging your project management expertise to navigate complexities and deliver tangible results that directly improve the co-worker experience. This role offers the chance to lead in an evolving landscape, setting direction and making a lasting difference.

This is a 6-months fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party. The role offers c. €66K / annum, pro rata – 40 hrs/week. There is the possibility for extension. 

Due to the contracting nature of this role, only candidates with unrestricted rights to work in The Netherlands will be considered. 

**Responsibilities:**
* Define project scope and objectives with precision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, fostering strong collaboration and clear communication across diverse teams.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and timelines, adapting to evolving needs.
* Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify risks, and communicate status effectively to all relevant parties.
* Oversee day-to-day tracking of project activities and deliverables.
* Identify and manage inter-project dependencies, mitigating potential roadblocks.
* Drive effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in senior project or program management roles within a relevant industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in project scoping, planning, reporting, and tracking.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing diverse groups.

* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent).
* Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, proactively identify solutions, and set strategic direction in complex environments.
