Are you a highly organized and driven creative and localization expert ready to make a significant impact on global brand presence? We are seeking a talented Producer to join a dynamic Creative Brand Studio. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping how products are introduced and perceived across diverse international markets, mostly within EU. You’ll directly contribute to launching exciting new offerings and localizing impactful campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and broad appeal. Your expertise will drive the end-to-end production of digital advertising and product launch assets, from ideation to delivery, playing a crucial part in expanding the company’s reach and connecting with a worldwide audience.

This is a Freelance engagement for an initial 6-months period. The role offers up to €400 per day – 40 hrs/week and requires onsite presence in Amsterdam. There is the possibility for extension. 

Responsibilities
* Independently manage the creation and localization of integrated campaigns for international markets across diverse digital media channels (Online Video, Social, Digital, Out-of-Home, Web, CRM).
* Oversee internal and external creative production partners, managing approvals and quality control processes for a high volume of assets.
* Liaise with international marketing teams and media agencies to define media formats and deliverables for all channels.
* Ensure accurate, timely, and approved delivery of assets to media owners.
* Maintain expert knowledge of media formats and technical specifications across existing and emerging channels.
* Collaborate with external agencies, Producers, Post Producers, Project Managers, Campaign Managers, Studio Managers, and Creative Leads to identify and schedule necessary resources.
* Define and continuously improve project management processes and supporting tools, with a strong focus on localization best practices.
* Contribute significantly to new product launches for international territories, including creating paid media campaigns and localizing existing large-scale campaigns for new locales.

Qualifications
* Min. 5 years of experience in transcreation project management, localization, and integrated production, gained within a transcreation/post-production agency or an in-house localization team.
* Proven experience managing creation, transcreation, and localization across multiple locales and channels, including TV, Radio, Online Video, Digital, Print, Social, and Out-of-Home.
* Proven experience producing motion graphics and video animation asset production. 

* Confidence and comfort with new AI production technologies and workflows, with an eagerness to learn and master new tools.
* Strong proficiency with leading project management software, preferably Asana.
* Excellent project timelining skills.
* Proficiency in at least one other European language, with preference in order of priority to Dutch, German, French or Italian.
* Experience collaborating with global and local cross-functional stakeholders.
* Experience working with Media Plans.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent prioritization skills.
