We are looking for a Partner Manager to join a GAFA.
The Partner Manager will join a Credit Operations team within a leading global organization, focusing on credit payment products delivered in collaboration with external financial partners. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences while balancing day-to-day operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, data-driven, and adept at managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner and Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate relationships with external financial partners and internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service).
- Address technical or commercial escalations and align business objectives.
- Project and Process Improvement:
- Identify and resolve customer pain points through collaborative projects.
- Propose solutions to optimize processes and develop performance metrics.
- Drive automation and standardization to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Data-Driven Analysis:
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with technical and non-technical teams to support the launch and evolution of payment products.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in program or project management.
- Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Experience in end-to-end project delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English (required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, or standardization.
- Ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
- Additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, or German) are a plus.
