We are looking for a Partner Manager to join a GAFA.

The Partner Manager will join a Credit Operations team within a leading global organization, focusing on credit payment products delivered in collaboration with external financial partners. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences while balancing day-to-day operational tasks and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, data-driven, and adept at managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and Stakeholder Management:
  • Coordinate relationships with external financial partners and internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service).
  • Address technical or commercial escalations and align business objectives.
  • Project and Process Improvement:
  • Identify and resolve customer pain points through collaborative projects.
  • Propose solutions to optimize processes and develop performance metrics.
  • Drive automation and standardization to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Data-Driven Analysis:
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with technical and non-technical teams to support the launch and evolution of payment products.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program or project management.
  • Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Fluency in English (required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, or standardization.
  • Ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, or German) are a plus.
