As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind enhancing user experiences and maximizing conversion rates within the company’s innovative product suite. Partnering with Aquent, a global leader in talent solutions, this opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact on millions of users worldwide.
Ready to transform user journeys and drive impactful results? In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing in-product experiences, mapping customer journeys, and conducting rigorous A/B testing to achieve substantial improvements in user engagement and conversion. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement data-driven strategies that elevate the entire user lifecycle.

This is a 12-months-duration position, which requires onsite presence in Central London 3x/week. 

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the design and execution of A/B and multivariate tests to elevate in-product conversion and engagement metrics.
  • Own the experimentation roadmap, focusing on critical areas such as onboarding, upselling, feature adoption, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics, collaborating with analytics teams to build dashboards that track progress toward critical goals.
  • Map and optimize customer journeys across the product lifecycle, identifying and addressing friction points to unlock growth potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between in-product and out-of-product experiences, maximizing user engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify conversion barriers and uncover actionable insights.
  • Partner with data teams to segment users and personalize journeys, creating tailored experiences that resonate with specific target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to implement impactful optimizations and drive product enhancements.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture within product squads, fostering a data-driven approach to product development and optimization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years proven track record in CRO roles, with a focus on in-product optimization.
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, fintech, or e-commerce environments.
  • Proficiency in journey mapping and lifecycle design, grounded in a customer-centric approach.
  • Solid understanding of UX best practices, persuasion principles, and behavioral psychology.
  • Strong expertise with tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Hotjar, FullStory, or similar analytics and testing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and funnel optimization strategies.
  • Data literacy, including the ability to analyze large datasets, run SQL queries, and work with dashboards.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate rapid prototyping and implementation of tests.
