This is a maternity cover position, with 8 months duration. Onsite presence is required.
As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day business operations for a large contingent workforce team.
- Tracking, managing, and reporting on team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Managing a multi-million dollar budget, encompassing forecasting, expense tracking, adjustments, and reporting on travel and expenses.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g., employee sentiment surveys, time study projects) and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Developing reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor progress against business objectives.
- Providing leadership with data-driven insights for weekly business reviews and quarterly surveys, influencing key operational and personnel decisions.
- Contributing to the development and execution of an internal business activation strategy, ensuring alignment of resources and processes with organizational goals.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with HR, staffing, and compliance partners on headcount planning, workforce onboarding/offboarding, and risk & compliance initiatives.
- Supporting strategic assessments by evaluating trade-offs, risks, and opportunities, and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Managing senior executive communications, including preparing internal updates, presentations, and business reviews.
- Maintaining alignment across GTM teams, HR, and resource management stakeholders.
- Managing internal communication processes to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, business analysis, or consulting, preferably within the technology or consulting industry.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong experience in operations and process management, with a demonstrated track record of improving efficiency and scaling best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to executive audiences.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end independently.
- Familiarity with business operations tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, or Tableau.
