As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll be the voice of international audiences, ensuring that marketing campaigns are not only effective but also culturally relevant. You’ll dive deep into understanding global trends and insights, translating them into innovative influencer strategies that capture the imagination of target audiences. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the cultural narrative around exciting new technologies.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement locally resonant influencer strategies that align with international marketing objectives.
* Identify and collaborate with key influencers across diverse markets to build brand advocacy and drive product engagement.
* Manage agency relationships to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
* Develop insightful briefs that leverage data and audience insights to create impactful influencer content.
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including media, analytics, and communications, to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
* Analyze cultural, community, and market trends to inform strategic and creative development.
* Track and measure the performance of influencer marketing activities, providing data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications:
*Strong experience in social and influencer marketing, with a preference for creative/content/social agency experience.
* Deep understanding of international culture, particularly within the creator/influencer landscape.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful influencer marketing strategies for established brands.
* Strong analytical skills to measure campaign impact and provide data-driven recommendations.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with geographically dispersed teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment.
* Experience with operational testing and ads.
