About Your Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, high-impact project, coordinating the testing and launch of a new product. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including drivers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure a seamless rollout. Your insights will directly influence the success of this innovative product launch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including documentation, planning, reporting, task management, and schedule control.
- Maintain project databases and track key metrics.
- Coordinate product testing, engaging with drivers, customers, and stakeholders to identify and address any gaps or concerns.
- Support drivers in executing deliveries and manage product supplies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates, test workflows, and offer insights into process improvements.
- Provide clear and detailed reports on issue resolution.
- Participate in daily/weekly calls regarding the product launch.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and address any issues.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Project Management skills, including documentation and communication.
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Quality Assurance mindset.
