As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the go-to resource for sales partners, guiding them through onboarding, strategy development, and training. Your ability to build strong relationships, address complex customer inquiries, and identify opportunities for improvement will be essential to success. You will be a vital link between partners, customers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and driving positive outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive support to sales partners, focusing on onboarding, strategy, and training.
- Effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and address inquiries.
- Resolve challenging customer queries using problem-solving strategies, troubleshooting skills, and empathy.
- Conduct consultative conversations to uncover customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Support the team with accounting knowledge and expertise, collaborating with accountancy support.
Must-Haves:
- Proven ability to build urgency in customers to activate and use their subscriptions.
- Experience managing relationships with external partners and internal sales teams.
- Strong proactive planning and time management skills to maximize performance.
- Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with relevant software solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for engaging with customers via calls and emails.
- Experience delivering software-based product onboarding or training.
- Tenacious and proactive approach to maximizing reach across the customer base while working autonomously.
- Customer-centric approach focused on understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Strong collaboration skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Accounting or bookkeeping qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICB, or CIPP).
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of payroll and accounting.
- Proficiency with technology and computer software.
- Knowledge of accountancy firm environments, workflows, and potential challenges.
- Effective time management skills across multiple tasks.
