As a Senior Program and Community Manager, you will empower developers across a specific EMEA region, fostering thriving communities and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. This exciting 6 month contract, hybrid role blends program management with community engagement and pays up to £350.00 You’ll plan and execute strategic programs while nurturing vibrant developer communities, collaborating closely with Developer Advocates and cross-functional teams to maximize impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead the strategy and execution of developer-focused programs, including both internal and external events.
- Manage intricate, cross-functional initiatives to amplify the reach and influence of Developer Advocates.
- Develop and maintain program dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems to track progress and demonstrate value.
- Streamline processes and implement automation to enhance team efficiency and content creation workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align developer programs with overarching business goals.
- Oversee program budgets and cultivate productive vendor relationships.
- Lead and expand user group programs within your designated EMEA region, focusing on growth strategy and community health.
- Cultivate relationships with community leaders and members through consistent engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of community-led events.
- Monitor community health metrics and adapt strategies based on evolving community needs.
- Establish effective feedback channels between the community and internal teams.
- Empower community leaders to expand their memberships and host impactful events.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong experience in program or project management
- Good experience in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated success in managing complex programs and stakeholder relationships
- Strong data analysis skills and experience using metrics to drive improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in community management or developer relations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience working with remote, international teams
- Proficiency in a main language within your designated EMEA sub-region (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
