Project Manager / Production Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to support our Productions teams by building and optimizing workflows within project management tools, primarily Airtable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing and building workflows in project management platforms based on detailed briefs from AMP Production teams.

• Creating reports to support project tracking, operational insights, and decision-making.

• Writing simple scripts to automate project management tasks and reporting processes.

• Providing strategic workflow solutions and improving efficiency across project management systems.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience with project management tools, preferably Airtable.

• Strong familiarity with reporting tools and report creation.

• Background in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Basic scripting knowledge for workflow automation is highly desirable.

• Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present solutions and updates to stakeholders.
