Position Title: Industry Manager, Financial Services
Location: Amsterdam, NL
Duration: Until to September 1, 2025
Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

We are seeking a results-driven Industry Manager to join our client’s team in Amsterdam. This role is pivotal in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth within the Financial Services sector. As an integral part of the team, you will independently manage customer engagements, define sales strategies, and deliver measurable results. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the largest Dutch Banks, whilst driving digital transformation, business planning and media sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Own the development and execution of joint business plans and sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify, size, and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Lead high-impact pitches and activation plans, aligning with customer goals and delivering solutions.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to address client needs and share best practices for scaling successes globally.
  • Leverage analytics and market trends to provide strategic recommendations and craft compelling narratives.
  • Identify and implement new methods to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.

You must be able to: 

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs through effective questioning and dialogue.
  • Deep understanding/experience of digital advertising solutions. 
  • Utilize financial and technical data to highlight the value of solutions and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Financial Services sector and advertising environment.
  • Leverage customer buying cycles and competitive insights to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Exhibit confidence in engaging with senior leaders and navigating complex relationships.
  • Develop innovative approaches to overcome challenges and deliver results in dynamic environments.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficiency with internal sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-market and global collaboration.
  • Advanced understanding of sales strategy development and execution
  • Fluency in Dutch
