Are you a creative and detail-oriented writer with a passion for AI technology? We are looking for multiple AI Content Writers to join our client’s team in Cambridge.

As an AI Content Writer, you will be responsible for reviewing machine and human-generated demonstrations to generate preference data for training purposes. This role requires a high degree of judgment in each case, working closely with support teams to review guidelines, suggest updates, and engage in team calibrations to ensure the highest quality of data generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Generation: Work on clearly defined use cases, using your judgment to produce high-quality preference data.
  • Autonomy: Operate independently while leveraging expertise across multiple domains such as Computer Science, Literature, Music, Mathematics, Economics, and Travel.
  • Issue Reporting: Identify and proactively report operational challenges.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities, supporting small to medium-scale projects.
  • Mentorship: Contribute to the mentoring and training of junior data associates.
  • Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process-related issues.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating original and engaging content across various work types 
  • Writing clear, concise, factually accurate, and grammatically correct responses 
  • Proofreading and editing content to ensure high-quality standards, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Researching and verifying content quality based on Content Guidelines, approving or rejecting content, and explaining decisions.
  • Performing quality checks, providing feedback, and training coworkers to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor quality progress and develop measures to drive quality improvement.
  • Supporting leadership, business, and technical teams through active participation in training and project/program management based on group needs and personal skills.

We Are Open to Candidates Who:

  • Are willing to work out of their Cambridge office 5 days a week

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in English, demonstrating proficiency in verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior content writing experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications), with a strong emphasis on creative writing, technical writing, or AI technology.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to suit various guidelines and customer needs.
  • Ability to make logical decisions even with ambiguous information.
  • Understanding of academic integrity, such as plagiarism.
