Aquent GmbH is led by Lisa Trapman, Managing Director who joined Aquent eight years ago to grow their presence in The Netherlands. “Our holistic way of working as a global team enables us to reach talent worldwide, but it’s vital to tune into the cultural nuances of a local market. The team and I are excited that we are extending our services to a new market.” Trapman’s initial focus is to ensure Aquent’s global client base are connected and engaged with exceptional Talent solutions from across their network whilst engaging with the local creative community. “Working remotely has quickly become the new-normal & given the proximity, free-movement and diversity of Talent across the EU, it’s an organic next step for us to provide our services in Germany.”
