This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on collaboration. You will act as a key point of support for International GTM initiatives, helping to balance global consistency with the nuance and cultural intelligence that makes local markets succeed.
What You’ll Do
Go-To-Market Strategy & Planning
• Support and help maintain GTM frameworks that ensure International market needs and local nuances are embedded into planning from the outset.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including title marketing, growth, media, retail, and partner marketing — to align on plans and enable seamless execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to continuously inform and sharpen GTM decisions across regions.
• Partner with local marketing and localisation teams so that campaigns resonate culturally with local audiences, while upholding global brand standards.
• Contribute to geo-creative programmes that support and strengthen overarching GTM plans.
Partner Engagement & Enablement
• Identify and prioritise key strategic partners in International markets, developing targeted approaches that drive marketing-led growth
• Support the creation of localised service and content slate pitch decks and generate earned media support from partners.
• Help localise and roll out global partner resources, including newsletters, digital screener tools, and partner merchandising.
• Support day-to-day operations for global partners, including onboarding, access updates across select markets, and overall partner experience
• Manage newsletter localisation workflows across regions, ensuring partner communications are effectively adapted for global markets
• Support the planning and delivery of the events
• Coordinate partner mixers and industry events, and work with Public Relations to facilitate partner access to client’s events, including premieres
Key Qualifications
• Experience in a go-to-market, marketing strategy, or partner engagement role, ideally within media, entertainment, or a consumer technology environment.
• A track record of working across international or multi-market programmes, with an appreciation for how cultural context shapes effective communication.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working with a wide range of teams and can bring people together around a shared plan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences, from internal stakeholders to external partners.
• Experience producing events or partner-facing programmes, from concept through to delivery.
• An analytical mindset — you use data and market intelligence to inform decisions, and you’re comfortable building frameworks to track and report on performance.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• A background in TV would be a big advantage
