In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize complex workflows, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. You will have the opportunity to lead or work alongside an existing team, driving continuous improvement and adopting new technologies. Your analytical prowess and confident communication will be key to navigating ambiguity and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, making a tangible difference in operational excellence.

Primary Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage intricate workflows within a client environment, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
  • Utilize and become proficient in advanced workflow technologies, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Contribute to or lead an existing team, fostering collaboration and operational excellence based on experience.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex challenges and optimize processes.
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Embrace a proactive and agile approach to workflow management, adapting to fast-paced and evolving demands.
  • Maintain a positive mentality and comfortably navigate ambiguity in a dynamic work setting.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Highly skilled experience in a workflow coordination or similar role.
  • Essential background in graphics design.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve complex problems.
  • Essential startup experience.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and possesses a founder mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Positive mentality and confident communication with strong stakeholder management.
  • Proactive and agile approach to work.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Monday.com.
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of video project management.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Experience with Data Asset Management (DAM) systems, with a preference for Frontify.
