Location: Amsterdam – Hybrid (European Hubs)

Compensation: €63.67 per hour (Contract)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Opportunity

Our client is a premier global mobility, logistics, and gig-economy technology leader, and we are looking for an elite Senior Product Designer to join their Core Marketplace Supply team.

In this role, you will own the Growth Levers charter, directly impacting how independent partners discover financial opportunities, onboard seamlessly, and engage with incentive programs. Your work will balance complex operational backend logic with beautiful, high-delight mobile interfaces that change the way the world moves.

What you’ll be doing:

• End-to-End Ownership: Run the entire design lifecycle from initial concept, wireframing, and interactive prototyping to final high-fidelity UI and post-launch optimisation.
• Growth Architecture: Design elegant incentive systems and tools that simplify complex financial and operational data for everyday users.
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with UX Research to gather qualitative insights, and collaborate with Data Science to iterate on designs based on quantitative metrics.
• Elevate the Craft: Champion micro-interactions, robust design frameworks, and systems thinking to ensure consistency across global features.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience: Senior-level experience designing scale B2C or consumer-facing mobile products.
• Tooling Mastery: Absolute proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping methodologies.
• Portfolio Excellence: A world-class portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX problem-solving, crisp visual execution, and end-to-end product case studies.
• Mindset: A systems-thinker who designs frameworks rather than isolated, one-off features. Experience with complex internal operational workflows or marketplace mechanics is highly preferred.
