Partnering with Aquent, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive sales performance and expand market reach.
Are you a strategic ad sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and expanding market presence? In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a sales team, directly impacting the company’s growth trajectory and market penetration. You will be instrumental in shaping sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the continued success of cutting-edge offerings that influence millions of users worldwide. Your expertise will not only drive revenue but also cultivate a thriving sales environment where innovation and client satisfaction are paramount.
This is a 12 months, hybrid contract, offering up to £444 per day, 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shorlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**What you’ll do:**
* Develop and execute sales activities within an assigned market to achieve maximum profitability and growth.
* Lead, mentor, and direct a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Formulate and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and market share.
* Contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.
* Manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assist in creating and delivering compelling proposal presentations.
* Leverage a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics to identify opportunities and drive sales initiatives.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Solid experience in ad sales roles.
* Proven ability to staff, direct, and lead a high-performing sales team.
* Demonstrated success in establishing and executing strategies for customer base expansion.
* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
* Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving sales team performance.
* Experience with RFP responses and delivering impactful proposal presentations.
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
**Preferred skills**
*Apple Ads experience
*Food & Drink, Shopping & Health & Fitness sector experience
