We’re hiring an experienced Communications Associate to lead entertainment and creator-focused communications across EMEA, working within a small central comms team that partners closely with local markets.

This role is ideal for a creative PR or media professional who understands digital culture, the creator economy and how to turn culturally relevant stories into high-impact communications across multiple countries.

The Role

  • Lead entertainment and creator communications across EMEA.
  • Shape narratives and deliver creative PR campaigns tied to culture, trends and audiences.
  • Identify compelling creator stories and work with regional teams to bring them to market.
  • Develop written materials including press releases, pitches, blogs and briefing documents.
  • Partner with in-country PR teams to secure coverage in trade, consumer and local media.
  • Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product and senior stakeholders.
  • Support spokespeople and contribute to broader EMEA and global comms strategies.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in communications, PR, journalism or media, ideally within entertainment, digital or social platforms.
  • Strong storyteller with excellent writing skills.
  • Experience delivering multi-market or regional PR campaigns.
  • Good understanding of how news works and what resonates with journalists.
  • Confident, proactive and culturally curious — especially around creators, Gen Z and emerging formats.
  • Comfortable working across regions and time zones in a fast-paced environment.

  • EMEA regional role within a collaborative, welcoming team.
  • Contract until February next year.
  • Start ASAP (mid-February handover preferred).
