As a vital member of the team, you will be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of essential equipment used for testing, directly supporting the progress of innovative projects. Your meticulous approach to logistics and inventory will ensure that development teams have the tools they need, precisely when they need them, enabling them to bring revolutionary ideas to life faster and more efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of operations, contributing to a streamlined process that empowers engineers and testers to focus on what they do best: building the future.

Your duties:
* Support the global distribution and collection of equipment for employee testing programs.
* Manage equipment preparation, including configuration, packaging, and dispatch.
* Track equipment movement using an inventory management system.
* Conduct regular physical and virtual inventory audits.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment status and location.
* Prepare shipping documentation, including air waybills, labels, and customs paperwork.
* Coordinate shipments across various regions.
* Process incoming and outgoing equipment shipments.
* Handle basic troubleshooting of technical and logistical issues.
* Submit daily reports on completed tasks.
* Maintain office systems and documentation.
* Collaborate closely with internal leadership teams.
* Support overall team operations and processes.
* Interface effectively with teammates and direct management.

Technical Requirements:

• Basic technical troubleshooting capabilities

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary inventory management systems

• No specific technical certifications required

Required Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate level experience in logistics or shipping operations

• C1 level English proficiency (written and verbal)

• German language skills are advantageous

• Experience with inventory management systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
