We are seeking a highly motivated and impactful **Account/Project Manager** to accelerate our client’s digital sales initiatives by expertly managing key partner integrations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding the brand’s reach and enhancing product availability across diverse digital marketplaces. You’ll be the linchpin connecting internal teams with external partners, ensuring seamless project execution and directly contributing to winning market share in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Your ability to bridge gaps, streamline processes, and drive projects to successful completion will have a tangible impact on consumer access and overall business growth.

This is a short-term 4-months position for a salaried professional, with the possibility for extension. If you’re a registered freelancer in the Netherlands, immediately available and interested in this role, kindly know the rate is €60 /hour. 

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead end-to-end project delivery, applying best practices to ensure successful outcomes.
* Define comprehensive project scopes and develop detailed project plans.
* Drive effective stakeholder communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate resources and teams efficiently to execute project plans.
* Proactively monitor project variables (cost, effort, scope) against plans, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions.
* Facilitate change management, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable benefits from project implementations.
* Oversee project closure, ensuring all activities are finalized, documentation is approved, and projects are successfully handed over.
* Provide clear, data-driven reports on project status, progress, and performance metrics.
* Foster cross-functional alignment, integrating projects with company standards and operational processes for swift completion.
* Translate business needs into best practices, streamlining operations for new partner onboarding and market expansion.
* Drive continuous process improvement and internal alignment to efficiently scale fast-growing and complex business operations.
* Collaborate closely with senior leadership, supporting strategic projects and critical decision-making.
 

**What You’ll Bring:**
* Min. 3 years of professional experience in digital/eCommerce, project management, or product ownership.
* Proven experience managing e-commerce and digital projects at both global and market levels.
* Demonstrated success working with diverse internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects.
* Excellent project management skills, capable of navigating intricate initiatives.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and influence.
* Outstanding problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions for technical and business challenges.
* Strong presentation and storytelling skills, complemented by proficiency in presentation software.
* A data-driven mindset supported by strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and uncertainty, quickly adapting to evolving business processes and partnerships.
* A natural leader who can influence and gain cooperation from individuals across various teams, even without a direct reporting line.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with diverse cultures.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in at least one other European language.
