Working Hours: 7.5 per day; 5 days a week

As an Assistant Producer, you will support Producers and the broader team in delivering high-quality 360 advertising campaigns across multiple formats such as TV, Out of Home (OOH), digital, and press.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Support: Assist Producers and the team with the execution of advertising campaigns across TV, OOH, digital, and press platforms.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with creatives and designers, managing key documents, resources, and tracking projects and budgets.
  • Resource Planning: Organise and book resources such as edits, audio, grades, and voiceover artists, both in-house and externally.
  • Promo Delivery: Oversee the delivery of promos and BVODs to client, commercial TV, cinema, and radio, coordinating with Clearcast, Compliance, Mastering, Peach, BBFC, RCC, and other entities for seamless uploads.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the Creative Director, Creatives, and fellow Assistant Producers to foster collaboration.
  • Clearances & Research: Conduct research on reviews and accolades, ensuring clearances are in place and requesting substantiations when needed.
  • Production Knowledge: Stay informed or show a willingness to learn about shoot production, assisting the Producer and PM during pre-production and post-production phases.
  • Trail Editing: Ensure programme material is prepared for editing, working in conjunction with the Creative team.
  • Paperwork Management: Maintain and manage paperwork related to the delivery of trails, including compliance documents, music reporting, delivery paperwork, and artist contracts.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and detail throughout all aspects of production.

 

As the ideal candidate, you’ll have experience working in a fast-paced production environment and demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

  • Production Experience: Previous experience in a production environment is essential.
