Position: Creative Performance Specialist
Location: London, Hybrid
Duration: 12 months 

Are you passionate about media creation, digital storytelling, and driving innovative content strategies? Our client is seeking a Creative Performance Specialist to lead, plan, and execute cutting-edge media projects that resonate with diverse audiences.

About the Role:

  • You’ll oversee and produce creative content for multiple projects, including video and digital campaigns. Craft compelling media presentations and production proposals that meet the needs of various audiences.
  • From ideation to post-production, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, engaging content while managing timelines and resources efficiently.
  • Constantly brainstorm innovative techniques and solutions that streamline processes, improve project outcomes, and solve production challenges.
  • Facilitate collaboration with engineers, tech writers, and stakeholders to align media creation with product and brand vision.
  • Build an inclusive culture that fosters creativity and psychological safety, promoting diverse perspectives and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and produce content for moderate to high-complexity projects, integrating creative vision with technical execution.
  • Identify target audiences, schedules, and production roadblocks to ensure successful delivery of media campaigns.
  • Develop and implement pre-production strategies and media solutions that automate manual processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor others in media production best practices, ensuring alignment with project vision and objectives.
  • Solve production problems and propose innovative solutions to improve processes, driving excellence in media production.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strategic thinker with an analytical approach to media project planning.
  • Expertise in digital media creation, content management systems, and production processes.
  • Strong advertising experience. 
  • Online campaigns experience. 
  • Experience using Google Ads.
  • Strong media management and web management skills. 
  • Proficiency in production equipment, tools, and software required to create high-impact media outcomes.
  • Project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
