Job Title: Live Sports Planner 

Duration: 6 months, starting ASAP 

Location: London, hybrid (3 days per week onsite) 

Pay rate: £150 – £200 per day PAYE

Their Live Sports Planners (LSPs) are essential in making this vision a reality, especially as they expand their live sports portfolio across Europe. As an LSP, you will manage live sports advertising campaigns, ensuring they are seamlessly executed and deliver impactful results for advertisers. This role involves extensive collaboration with various internal teams and advertisers, making it ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the experience is exceptional for both end-customers and advertisers.
  • Drive the opportunity pipeline and results for live sports campaigns, focusing on key clients.
  • Oversee the project management of sold campaigns, collaborating with Creative Campaign Managers, Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Account Management teams.
  • Manage campaign delivery and present key performance indicators and results to advertisers.
  • Provide advertisers with strategic marketing advice using historical and industry data.
  • Plan and conduct engagements to educate advertisers and improve the quality of their assets.
  • Address issues that arise during the campaign life-cycle.
  • Establish and standardize creative and operational best practices to drive campaign performance.
  • Apply best practices to offer actionable recommendations based on shared customer goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in digital media or marketing.
  • Interest in upper funnel branded executions for scalable clients.
  • Experience in digital advertising with an understanding of ad specifications, file formats, and technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new processes and tools, showcasing strong technical and operational capabilities.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, enjoying work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
