Administrative Support (Technical Design)

Our client is looking for a dedicated Administrative Support professional to join our Technical Design team. While entry-level technical design skills or prior technical administrative experience are beneficial, they are not essential for this role. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the Technical Design team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage TD Critical Path: Track and chase samples and patterns to ensure timely delivery.
  • Sample Management: Oversee the process of managing samples from vendors through the fitting process.
  • Fit Model Coordination: Book fit models and manage the scheduling of fit sessions.
  • Model Measurements: Regularly measure fit models to ensure accuracy.
  • Meeting Coordination: Take and distribute notes during team meetings to ensure all team members are informed and aligned.
  • Fit Wearer Trials: Manage fit wearer trials to gather feedback and data on garment fit.
  • Project Work: Undertake various project work, such as conducting competitor shop reports focusing on fit and sizing.
  • Technical Pack Updates: Update technical packs with images and sketches as required.
  • Garment Measurements: Measure garments as needed, once trained.
