The Role

Working within the Design team and reporting to the Brand Director, you will be delivering across multiple areas of our visual identity systems. You will bring your vibrant creative mindset and empathetic, clear leadership to the team, and will be expected to work to the highest levels of creativity at speed and to the highest standards.

You have great conceptual ideas, an eye for detail, a drive for getting things done and a real desire to learn, build and improve. Your role will be to support the Brand Director in the development and implementation of our visual identity across multiple channels and products, cementing its position as a globally recognised, world-class brand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will be leading and creating work used across every aspect of delivering and promoting a World Championship sport in a sustainable way.
  • Working closely within the Design team, helping, collaborating, and contributing ideas within the team, as well as nurturing junior talent
  • Working on larger, multi-year brand-building initiatives with modern, progressive conceptual thinking
  • Challenging thinking within the Design team and within the larger business
  • Working across print and digital applications
  • Responsible for developing brand assets with consistency and accuracy.
  • Working across physical event branding through to marketing materials
  • Collaborating with wider teams in a professional, friendly and constructive manner.

Experience Required

  • A world-class brand identity designer with strong proven experience
  • A portfolio showcasing a variety of deep conceptual brand thinking, considered graphic design systems as well as innovative, challenging and vibrant work
  • Developed skills in all leading design software
  • Experience in bringing stakeholders along creative journeys

Skills and Aptitudes Required

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Consultative and collaborative problem- solving working style
  • Experience in designing physical events, experiences and activations
  • Strong understanding of 3D design and motion graphics
  • Any additional creative skills, this could be industrial design, video editing, fashion design, animation, photography, audio production etc
