Are you a driven individual eager to spearhead marketing campaigns for groundbreaking launches across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)? Our client is seeking a Launch Producer to orchestrate the delivery of scaled marketing initiatives with finesse and precision. As part of their dynamic EMEA Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, resonating with audiences across diverse regions.


  • Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, overseeing the production of assets and navigating the launch journey for various titles.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external agencies, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic operational matters.
  • Define project requirements, craft comprehensive briefs, secure approvals, and drive the seamless development and delivery of assets.
  • Uphold creative standards, offering strategic guidance to stakeholders and advocating for best practices to elevate launch quality.
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, challenges, and workflow constraints, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Anticipate and mitigate issues, handle day-to-day escalations, and troubleshoot production challenges effectively.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, delays, and budget implications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in project management, marketing, or production roles.
  • Proficiency in Project Management software and adeptness in managing project lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of marketing workflows and digital creative processes.
  • Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and production workflows.
  • Previous experience in static and AV production, working with global cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments while maintaining high standards.
