Hours: 35-hour week 

We are looking for a seasoned Insights and Analytics professional who will closely partner with the ecommerce acquisition and retention team and be responsible for bringing true insight and a core analytics focus.

Our ideal candidate will be prepared to deeply acquaint themselves with the nuances of every aspect of client’s digital business across the varied EMEA markets and work hand in hand with the ecommerce managers to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly targets

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diverse Online and E-commerce Expertise:
    Possess extensive experience in the online and ecommerce industry, with a preference for a diverse skill set.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
    Live through the Customer Journey Steps to proactively identify emerging trends and address anomalies, ensuring a positive impact on business and driving significant changes in behavior and customer experience.
  • External Business Factors:
    Maintain a keen understanding of external factors influencing the business, including industry data, and assess their impact on business operations.
  • Involvement in Initiatives and Launches:
    Play a pivotal role in various initiatives and new launches within the ever-evolving business landscape. This includes identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) during the planning stages, followed by meticulous measurement, analysis, and reporting post-implementation.
  • Resource Development:
    Develop comprehensive and user-friendly resources that provide both team members and leaders with a clear overview of the business.
  • Collaboration with Testing and Optimization Teams:
    Work closely with Testing and Optimization teams in partnership with ecommerce teams. Offer actionable test ideas and establish a catalogue of current and historical tests, assessing their effectiveness.
  • Marketing Effectiveness:
    Develop a profound understanding of marketing effectiveness and the marketing mix model. Provide insightful suggestions for improvements and modifications.
  • Efficient Forecasting Techniques:
    Design and manage efficient forecasting techniques to enhance business planning and decision-making processes.

What you need to succeed

  • Deep analytics experience, with demonstrated success in fast moving customer centric ecommerce environments
  • Numerate and Articulate – tell the story using data and vice versa
  • You are tenacious and resilient
  • You are an expert in building and maintaining strong relationship across a corporate, matrix organisation
  • Always curious about the “Why”
  • Data modelling & regression modelling
  • Power BI / Tableau advanced, SQL skills, Adobe Analytics
