Are you ready to step into a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and innovation? Join our client’s vibrant team as a Partnership Manager. This temporary opportunity, spanning from March to November 2024, shaping the future of partnerships and collaboration. Your fluency in Russian is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Contribution:

  • Manage high-stakes partner relationships to drive broader partner strategy.
  • Contribute to creating, negotiating, and implementing effective business development agreements.
  • Assist in account/partner scoping, development, and prospecting decisions.

Project Management:

  • Own budgetary requirements and ensure technical and business justification for project needs.
  • Allocate resources within projects, addressing external factors impacting execution.

Challenge and Innovation:

  • Resolve partner issues with multiple approaches to achieve optimal solutions.
  • Innovate by building new processes and procedures to anticipate and address future challenges.

Proactive Business Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to grow business in the ecosystem, including setting up new partnerships.

Influence and Expertise:

  • Collaborate across teams and with external partners to align resources for go-to-market strategy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for managed partners and industry/vertical/market.

Responsibilities under the Manager:

  • Drive partner engagement, track business metrics, and build business forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end partner experience, from negotiating contracts to resolving partner issues.

Skills/Experience/Education:

Consultative Skills:

  • Understand stakeholder needs through dialogue before making recommendations.

Contract Knowledge:

  • Interpret legal documents, collaborate with attorneys to ensure contract language reflects business needs.

Customer Engagement:

  • Utilize questioning techniques to understand underlying beliefs, motivations, and causes.

Customer Research:

  • Understand the customer’s organization, industry, competition, and end-customers.

Data-driven Analysis:

  • Combine technical and financial data to position the value of products and solutions.

 Industry Expertise (Tech):

  • Analyze and apply industry, market, and organizational information to strategies.

Negotiation Skills:

  • Navigate through the sales process using techniques to achieve mutually agreed outcomes.

Operations Management:

  • Leverage business practices to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.

Opportunity Management:

  • Discover opportunities to deliver expanded customer value throughout the entire sales/customer lifecycle.

Relationship Building:

  • Build trusting, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, regardless of background.

Situational Leadership:

  • Interact confidently with senior leaders, addressing concerns or issues professionally.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Positively influence individuals in a customer’s organization to make conscious decisions.
